Support & FAQ's

1 – I paid but didn’t receive my download!

Please check your email’s spam box, some times the confirmation email with the link to download will go there.

If you can’t find the confirmation email you can also check your purchase confirmation or your purchase history.

If you still can’t solve your issues please email [email protected] let us know or send a private message on our Facebook page saying what file exactly you bought and the email address you used to buy it and the file will be sent to you manually (All emails and messages are answered once a day).

2 – How do I know if the crack has worked?

You will know that the crack has worked because you won’t see the trial countdown reminding you how many days left before the trial expires, every time you start the program.

If you still see the trial countdown every time you start the program, or the countdown still shows on the creative cloud manager, please check our FAQ number 4.

For other issues please check our other FAQ’s.

If you still can’t solve your issues please email [email protected] let us know or send a private message on our Facebook page. All messages are answered once a day.

3 – Illustrator showing tryout after replacing the amtlib file

Some versions of Illustrator show the word ‘tryout’ on the welcome screen. It is only an image (png) that loads on start-up, nothing else.

If you don’t see the trial countdown showing how many days left before the trial expires, then it means it all worked fine and Illustrator is full version.

If you see the trial countdown reminding you the days left and you are sure that you have replaced the amtlib file correctly, please log out from Adobe and the countdown shouldn’t show any more. You can log out from Adobe via creative cloud manager and within the program on the help tab or via preferences or services menu.

If the problem persists please see our FAQ number 4.

If you still can’t solve your issues please email [email protected] let us know or send a private message on our Facebook page. All messages are answered once a day.

4 – The program is still on trial after replacing the amtlib file!

Please read all, especially the extra info at the end !!

This usually happens when you don’t REPLACE the amtlib file correctly.

If you didn’t get the message to replace when you placed the amtlib file, or you chose NO to replace, then the program will still be on trial version. If you are sure you got the message to REPLACE and you choose YES to REPLACE, and the program is still on trial, please scroll down to read the ‘extra info’ at the end of this FAQ. If you did not get the message to REPLACE then read on.

If you are using the correct amtlib file and you are putting it into the correct directory, there is no possible way that you don’t get the message to replace because ALL Adobe apps place an amtlib file into the installation directory during installation. All you have to do is replace it with the one you download from this website! If you are not getting the message to replace, this could be for 2 reasons:

1- Not putting the file into the right directory.

To make sure that you are placing the amtlib file into the right directory, please find the program you are trying to crack on the list on the left of this website, and read carefully the step 2 again.

2- Not putting the right file.

To make sure you are putting the right file, please check that the file is not zipped and the file name is exactly:

On Mac:
amtlib.framework

On Windows:
amtlib.dll

Mac users note:

On Mac computers, if you downloaded the file more than once to the same directory, it will automatically change the name from amtlib.framework to amtlib-2.framework or amtlib-3.framework etc. So make sure the file name is amtlib.framework or it won’t work!

If you are sure that you have replaced the amtlib file correctly and you still see the trial countdown every time you start the program, please log out from Adobe via creative cloud manager and within the program on the help tab or via preferences or services menu.

Extra info:

After the big update on 9-oct-2014: The trial countdown appears on the manager as shown on the picture below. Ignore that countdown. All the apps where the amtlib file has been used will continue to work even after the countdown goes down to zero. There is nothing you can do to remove it but the programs will work forever.

Also after the 9-Oct-2014 update, a welcome screen with the trial countdown appears every time Photoshop or Illustrator are started. If the welcome screen is like the one below, then it means it is not from Photoshop or Illustrator, but form the creative cloud. Read below to learn how to get rid of it… (Same for Windows & Mac)

Photoshop welcome screen

To get rid of this welcome screen, all you have to do is change your computer’s clock time to some date many years into the future.

Capture

Then start Photoshop (or Illustrator) and the welcome screen shouldn’t have the countdown any more (see picture below).

skitch (1)

After that you can go to any other tab of that screen (i.e. Tips & techniques or New Features) and scroll all the way down to find the option to disable welcome screen.
After that, restart your computer. Then set the clock time back to normal and the welcome screen shouldn’t be there any more.

NOTE: You will see ‘trial expired’ on the manager, just ignore that.

5 – Showing trial expired after replacing the amtlib file.

If you are sure that you have replaced the amtlib file correctly and you still see the trial expired every time you want to start the program, please log out from Adobe before you start the program.

If the problem persists please see our other FAQ number 4 (The program is still on trial after replacing the amtlib file!)

Another recommendation would be to un-install the program and re-download using a different Adobe ID (You can create a new Adobe account using a new email to download a new 30 day trial).

If you still can’t solve your issues please email [email protected] let us know or send a private message on our Facebook page. All messages are answered once a day.

6 – The program crashes or gives error after replacing the amtlib file

This usually happens when you have used the wrong amtlib file version.

There are 3 different amtlib files for Mac and 7 different amtlib files for Windows. Make sure you have downloaded the right file.

If you have downloaded the wrong file accidentally or you are not sure if you downloaded the right file, please email [email protected] letting us know or send a private message on our Facebook page. Please include the email address you used to download. All messages are answered once a day.

For Mac users only:

If you are sure you have downloaded and used the right file, then make sure you are replacing the whole amtlib.framework file, not just the amtlib file inside it!

7 – ‘Access denied’ error when trying to download a trial

Please go back to:

CC 2014 Trials
or
CC 2015 Trials
or
CS6 (2012) Trials

And read where it says ‘very important instructions’ at the top of the page! You will be able to download.

8 – I have a different problem

For all other questions and problems please email [email protected] or send a private message on our Facebook page. All messages are answered once a day.

    Hi,
I’ve purchased Amtlib.framework Acrobat DC Pro (Mac) and followed the instruction very carefully. However I still have the trial countdown in the bottom right corner of the Acrobat DC Pro (Mac).
I tried to re-install Acrobat and replace the Amtlib.framework file again but trial countdown keep coming back.
    Any suggestion please?

Close Acrobat DC Pro, then put your computer’s clock forward two months, open Acrobat DC Pro again. Trial timer will be gone. Now close Acrobat, and the set your clock back to normal, and then open Acrobat again.

Thats an issue from adobe, the way to solve it is You need the installer from any other adobe app. Just place it into the same directory with the playloads and execute.

    Hi,

I have a weird observation of my trials: my Photoshop says 22 days left but creative cloud says 21 days left.

also, illustrator says 30 days and creative cloud 29 days.

is it okay to leave it like that or do I have to reinstall the programs and put the crack in again?

    HI,
    very nice website!
Just a question…Is the amtlib file the same for all apps? Have I to pay just one time or $ 4,95 every time?
    Thanks
